Hacettepe University provides psychological support services to its staff. The university’s Clinic of Psychiatry offers a variety of psychological support and counseling services to employees. These services encompass support for stress management, psychological issues, personal development, and related topics. To benefit from this support, individuals must apply to the relevant unit.

There is also a University Employee Health Unit at our University. The employee health unit provides the following services within the scope of the Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331;
-To carry out periodic inspections of employees
-To carry out on-the-job examinations
-To carry out health surveillance of employees who require special policies
-To follow up work accidents and occupational diseases
-To direct the employee who is thought to have a work-related disease (occupational disease) to the appropriate outpatient clinics,
-To provide trainings to prevent work accidents and occupational diseases.
